Refund policy

Anders Artwork products are made to order through our print-on-demand production partner. Because each item is produced after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, color preference, or accidental orders.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at logananderson103@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, the full item, and the packaging if relevant.

After we review the issue, we will work with our production partner to arrange a replacement or refund when eligible. Please do not send products back unless we specifically ask you to do so. Returned merchandise sent without approval may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact us as soon as possible so we can help review the tracking information. Shipping carrier decisions and address-entry errors may limit available remedies.
